Math Facts
(updated July 2006)

(Note: please email me at frenchj@mail.sd91.bc.ca if you find errors or have suggestions for new links. I would greatly appreciate your thoughts. Thank you, Jill French. )

Building the speed and accuracy of your math facts greatly improves your success in more complicated math concepts you will learn in higher grades. From the list below, choose the area you want to work on. Look for the red * to 'see' the concept.

You may want to begin with a refresher lesson. Go to www.learnalberta.ca, enter as a guest. At this point you choose your grade level, your subject area (mathematics), and follow the choices until you see ‘lessons’. You may choose from a variety of short, interactive video-clip lessons.
