Below, you will find quick links to tools and resources that will help you use computer technology to learn new skills, to practice old skills, and to find helpful material online. Click on "Student Homepage" at the bottom of each page whenever you want to return to this page. Click on Home if you wish to return to the main Homepage for everyone. We use many types of technology in school for many reasons. Technology helps us learn (e.g. overhead projectors, calculators, computers), helps make learning more interesting (e.g. videos, tape-recorders), and enables us to learn in new ways (e.g. researching on the Internet, creating a PowerPoint assignment). Although technology includes all the tools we use from the pencil you first used to print letters to the computer that you may now use to write stories, you will find these pages aimed primarily at helping you use computer technology in a variety of ways.
