Please see the latest guidelines from the Ministry for the start of the 2022/23 school year.

School Districts within the province have received a special update from the Ministry of Education and Child Care indicating that British Columbia will follow the lead of the federal government and join with other provinces in observing the National Day of Mourning to commemorate the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II. K-12 public schools, public post -secondary institutions and most Crown Corporations will be closed on Monday September 19, 2022.
