Joining our Support Staff
School District No. 91 (Nechako Lakes) serves more than 6,000 learners in an area that covers approximately 40,000 square kilometers of North-central British Columbia and is the largest single employer in the region. Our district is on the leading edge of technology in providing support to students, teachers and parents. We are striving to develop this region’s most precious resources: our learners. Our Board of Education, who represent the communities, provides governance to staff in meeting the District mission, goals, vision and values. Our support staff of about 350 is comprised of many specialty areas: classroom specialties, office and technical specialties, custodial, trades/maintenance and bus drivers. Each person brings a special range of skills and talents to help support student needs.
