**ETHICS APPLICATIONS**Β (DUE February 4, 2026)
Ethics forms must only be done if your research involves animal or human participants. The ethics forms can be downloaded below; you should have approval before starting your experiment. Application forms will be reviewed and approved by the CISE ethics committee. The deadline for ethics forms is February 4, 2026.Β
