Early Learning

The Early Years is an exciting stage for children from birth to grade three.  In SD91, there are several Early Years programs that provide early learning opportunities for families and young children in inclusive and welcoming environments. 

Through partnerships, we aim to strengthen the connection between home and school, including supporting the transition to kindergarten. SD91 recognizes that families are the child’s first teacher and know their child best! 

We guide our practice on the First People Principles of Learning and the Principles of the BC Early Learning Framework.
