StrongStart BC Centres
There are five StrongStart BC Early Learning Centers located within the school district. These programs provide school-based early learning services for families or caregivers and their young children (birth to school age) at no cost to families. The hours of operation vary between centers which are open five days a week. During the program, children are invited to play with others, engage in free exploration, participate in circle time, and eat a healthy, light snack. Each center provides a friendly, high-quality learning environment.
StrongStart Centres will be closed any days that schools are not in session (e.g., holidays, pro-d days, spring break, etc.). They will also be closed during the first week of school in September and the last week of school in June.

Information provided on the registration form must be verified with valid identification, such as a birth certificate, passport, or documents issued by Immigration Canada.
If you haven’t already registered, registration is available online. Find out more (hyperlink to on-line registration form).
