Contribute

Stakeholder information and engagement events take place until June 22, 2026, as outlined below. There will be an opportunity for questions at each of the meetings outlined.

Public Online Survey:
Available March 13 – April 9, 2026

Budget Stakeholder Online Engagement Sessions:

• Tuesday, April 14, 2026, 7:00 pm
  Stakeholder/Rightsholder representatives will be included via invitation to join this online budget learning session.  It is designed to provide background information to support participants to provide informed feedback in the next session.
   
• Wednesday, April 22, 2026, 7:00 pm
  Stakeholder/Rightsholder representatives will be included via invitation to join this follow-up budget discussion online.

Public Engagement Sessions:

• Regular Board Meeting – Pre-Annual Budget Engagement Opportunity
  Monday, April 20, 2026, 6:30 p.m.
  Online meeting via TEAMS: Click HERE to join this meeting.
  This will be an opportunity for interested parties to ask questions. Participants will have the opportunity to provide feedback via email to budgetfeedback@sd91.bc.ca.
   
• Regular Board Meeting – First Presentation of the 2026-2027 Annual Budget
  Monday, May 25, 2026, 6:30 p.m.
  SD91 School Board Office, 153 E Connaught St, Vanderhoof, BC

  The Annual Budget will be presented at this Regular Public Board Meeting with an opportunity to provide feedback via email to budgetfeedback@sd91.bc.ca.
   
• Regular Board Meeting - Final Budget Presentation and Board Approval
  Monday, June 22, 2026, 6:30 p.m.
  Muriel Mould Neighbourhood Learning Centre, 270 – 9th Avenue, Burns Lake, BC 
  Online Option: Click HERE to join the meeting.
  The Annual Budget will be presented to the Board of Education for approval.
